How Outsourcing facility maintenance benefits your company

How Outsourcing facility maintenance benefits your company… Outsourcing works, It simplifies building operations and supplies you with reliable on-site staff members who aren’t part of your payroll, who you don’t need to manage or train. Lemon Juice Uses:

 Lemon juice is another natural substance that can be used to clean your home. Lemon juice can be used to dissolve soap scum and hard water deposits. Lemon is a great substance to clean and shine brass and copper. Lemon juice can be mixed with vinegar and or baking soda to make cleaning pastes. Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle baking soda on the cut section. Use the lemon to scrub dishes, surfaces, and stains. Mix 1 cup olive oil with ½ cup lemon juice and you have a furniture polish for your hardwood furniture. My favorite use for the fruit is to put a whole lemon peel through the garbage disposal. It freshens the drain and the kitchen. Orange peels can be used with the same results.

HOW TO REMOVE URINE:

 From carpets: Sponge with cold water and blot dry, then use carpet shampoo, adding a little disinfectant to the rinse water. If the smell lingers, try a deodorizing spray.

 From washable fabrics: Rinse, then machine wash as normal.

From mattresses: Tip the mattress on its side and sponge the area with a solution of cold water and washing up liquid, taking care not to get it too wet. Put a few drops of disinfectant onto a wet cloth and lightly wipe over the surface.

RODENTS:

Rodents are a common pest to infest occupied premises and don't make for a hygienic or productive workplace. Did you know that mice can leave about 80 droppings a day! Most infestations are reported following a sighting of live rodents but at this instance the infestation has usually been present for many weeks.
here are a number of signs to indicate their presence which can often be found at the early stages of infestation. Things to look out for are:

Droppings - rat droppings are small blunt spindle shaped measuring about 10-20 millimetres long and mice droppings are rod shaped and 3-6 millimetres long;

Nesting material (small pieces of chewed paper and plastic) often found at base of draw units, service cupboards and store rooms

Noises - You're more likely to hear them at night. You'll hear squeaks, rustling and scampering sounds as they make their way around.

Grease marks - rodents often leave a black or dark grey smear of body grease when regularly running over surfaces such as conduit or pipes.

Damaged or spoilt food - did you know mice will eat most foods before they will eat cheese? Favourites include chocolate, peanuts and cooking fat!

Command Center

TIP:-Establish a command center. Designate one location (usually the kitchen) for daily mail, calendar, bulletin board, car keys, school papers, grocery lists, etc. Every family member should have a shelf for messages and an out box or folder to deal with clutter on the spot.

TIP:-Office workers are often as prone to illnesses as school children, due to the close working environment and poor ventilation. Taking steps to keep your office clean will reduce your chances of catching colds and other viruses, and keep your working space neat and pleasing to the eye.

Microwave Cleaner

Microwave Cleaner -Place 2 small, medium lemons (cut in half)with a cup of water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes and remove bowl. Wipe out microwave. The same thing can be accomplished with equal parts water and white vinegar (but lemons smell better). If your microwave is encrusted with lots of food residue that is old, it won't be so easy the first time.
